The 7-Dimensional Telescope (7DT) is a multiple telescope system made of about 20, wide-field 0.5 m telescopes. By having each telescope to cover multiple wavelength elements, 7DT will have a capability of taking low resolution spectra of each pixel in its whole field of view. Although being developed for multi-messenger astronomy, 7DT has a great potential for exploring the universe in many fields of astronomy ranging from the solar system to cosmology. To maximize the scientific return from 7DT, we plan to carry out a time-series, spectral imaging survey of the sky, called the 7-Dimensional Sky Survey (7DS) that will provide the spectral imaging movie of the universe for the first time. In this workshop, we will explore the great promises to be achieved with 7DS and 7DT. During the workshop, we will gather inputs from the community, to help organize the 7DS effort. We wholeheartedly welcome interested parties to participate in the workshop, provide valuable inputs, and explore possibilities to join our 7DS and 7DT efforts. The workshop will be held fully online. The talks will be given in either Korean or English, and the presentation files are encouraged to be prepared in English.
